Balsamic Glazed Salmon For a Crowd
1 side of salmon, picked for pin bones
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 clove garlic, grated
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ tsp red pepper flakes or per preference
Lay your salmon on a sheet pan lined with parchment.
Mix the remaining ingredients together, and drizzle half over your salmon.
Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily. Halfway through the baking process, reglaze with the remaining balsamic mixture. The glaze should be shiny and slightly sticky before taking the salmon out.
