Quinoa Granola
Recipe:
2 c quinoa
1/2 c nuts of choice
1 egg white
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Bake 325 for 20 minutes stirring in middle
Add 1/2 c coconut flakes
Bake 5 more minutes
Cool and add 1/2 cup chocolate chips
